SHIPPING POLICY
Fleur wants you to enjoy your purchase and offers many shipping options. We will deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Please note that some items, especially oversized items such as furniture require extra packing, handling and delivery options. We will work with you to arrange the most convenient shipping method.

All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be filled because the item is no longer available, you will be notified via email and the item will be taken off of your order.

Please contact Fleur at eshop@fleurluxuryliving.it to arrange the best way for your shipping.

  • For immediate shipping: In-stock merchandise of appropriate size and weight will ship and has a processing time of 24-48 hours.
  • Please note that expedited shipping options are available and must be requested by mail at eshop@fleurluxuryliving.it We will adjust your order with the additional surcharges.
  • Fleur will contact you within 48 hour with a shipping and handling quotation.
  • All items will be held for 48 hours after initial quotation.
  • To ensure proper processing, approval of all shipping and handling costs must be made by you within 48 hours of receiving a shipping quotation. If you have not approved the custom shipping cost within this timeframe, we will email you an order cancellation of that item(s).
  • Custom clearance procedures cannot be calculated by us, because change from each country and depend from items, and it is not included. Custom duties need to be paid by receiver.
  • Please contact Fleur  at eshop@fleurluxuryliving.it if this shipment requires special shipping or delivery arrangements.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of any new item, simply return it within 10 days of invoice date for a refund of the original purchase price.

The expenses of sending and return will be then payable by you.

 

BEFORE YOU RETURN:

  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the identification tag and seal still attached and the same handling and packaging;
  • Once you submit the request of return to ehop@fleurluxuryliving.it and obtained thethe authorization, prepare your package for return shipping within 10 days from the invoice date.
  • Products on sale can not be returned nor exchanged;
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender;
  • Perfumes and Beauty products may not be returned nor exchanged;
  • Broken, incomplete or used products, products without identification tag may not be returned nor exchanged, or will be returned to you and the cost of the shipping will be payable by you;
  • Opened electronic products may not be returned nor exchanged;
  • Products on sale and vintage products may not be returned nor exchanged.


Fleur reserves the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 10 day period has expired or that are not in the same condition as you received them. Your return will be accepted within 10 days from the delivery date. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed Fleur will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.

 

ANTIQUE / VINTAGE ITEMS

Antique/Vintage items are represented on our website with full disclosure. Please make sure that you contact Fleur at eshop@fleurluxuryliving.it with questions prior to purchasing these items.

Antique/Vintage items are sold "AS IS" and we generally do not accept returns on these items. We will be happy to discuss and disclose as much information and history about these items as we know, so please inquire directly with us prior to purchasing.


Damaged Items

Damaged item claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise by contacting the shipping Company who delivery you the item and in copy to Fleur at eshop@fleurluxuryliving.it.

Please make sure to photograph the condition of the packing material, boxes and the merchandise in the same condition that you have received it.
If at the time of delivery there is evidence of physical damage to the box you may refuse the delivery and ask the carrier to return the item to FLEUR.
